A bounce house is a pressure vessel made of coated vinyl, and the places it fails are predictable: pinholes along fold lines, splits where a seam takes constant load, worn slide beds, and tears around anchor points and zippers. A hardware-store patch kit will hold for a weekend. It will not hold through a rental season.
Done properly, a repair means finding every leak rather than the obvious one, cleaning and prepping the vinyl so the bond actually takes, matching material weight and colour, and reinforcing behind the repair so stress spreads instead of concentrating at the edge of the patch. Seams get re-stitched with the right thread and binding; badly worn sections get replaced outright rather than layered over.
